Studio Policies
No shoes are allowed in the studio. Please remove your shoes, and place them on the shoe rack by the door, before entering the building. No exceptions, so please plan your footwear accordingly.
Grip socks are required in the studio at all times. This is for your safety first, as well as for the cleanliness of the studio. Vitality Pilates carries ToeSox brand grip socks, in a variety of styles, available for purchase in the studio. Other grip sock brands are available for purchase online through various retailers. If you do not have grip socks with you upon arrival for your appointment, you will be required to purchase a pair prior to the start of your session. No exceptions.
All sessions are 55 minutes. If late to your appointment, your session will be cut short accordingly in order to keep other appointments on time and as scheduled.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hour advance notice. A fee equivalent to that of your scheduled session will be charged if the required minimum cancellation window is not met.
Duets only: If your duet partner is unable to make a regularly scheduled appointment, and has given the required minimum notice, your session will automatically become a private session, and you will be required to pay the $40 price difference for that private session.
